Role Overview:

The People and Culture Manager will play a crucial role in shaping our workplace culture, developing our people strategies, and ensuring Digico Solutions is not just a great place to work, but a place where careers flourish. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent.
  • Support business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.


  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager, People and Culture Manager, or similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to form, foster, and lead a progressive HR function within a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases; ability to leverage these tools to produce insightful reporting.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field; further HR qualifications or certifications are a plus.
