Role Overview:

As a Sales Manager at Digico Solutions you will drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships in the Cloud & AI technology sector in the GULF and MENA region. You will lead sales efforts by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and positioning our AI-driven solutions as essential for business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in Cloud, AI, and SaaS solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets (quota, revenue, customer acquisition goals, etc.).
  • Identify and target key enterprise customers and industry verticals (e.g., fintech, healthcare, retail).
  • Work closely with Marketing & Product teams to refine messaging and go-to-market strategies.

Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract closure while cooperating internally with all necessary departments.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise clients, tracking opportunities in CRM tools.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors).
  • Conduct customer needs assessments and position tailored AI & cloud solutions that solve business challenges.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention, ensuring continued revenue growth from existing accounts.

Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Own proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
  • Work closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Team Collaboration & Market Insights

  • Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and industry trends to influence product development.
  • Collaborate with the technical and solutions engineering teams to deliver tailored AI/Cloud demonstrations.
  • Lead internal sales training and enablement initiatives to drive best practices in the sales team.

Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Required Certificates

  • Certifications in Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) or AI/ML fundamentals are highly preferred.

Experience

  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in B2B tech sales, cloud computing, AI, or SaaS environments.

Additional Requirements

  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Arabic is a plus.
