Role Overview:
The People and Culture Manager will play a crucial role in shaping our workplace culture, developing our people strategies, and ensuring Digico Solutions is not just a great place to work, but a place where careers flourish. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent.
- Support business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager, People and Culture Manager, or similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to form, foster, and lead a progressive HR function within a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases; ability to leverage these tools to produce insightful reporting.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field; further HR qualifications or certifications are a plus.
